Office build-outs & moves

A new office has a hard date. Internet, cabling, Wi‑Fi, phones, AV, cameras, and doors all have to be ready on that date, and they depend on each other and on the construction schedule. We take ownership of that whole layer and coordinate with your architect, GC, landlord, and carriers so you aren’t the one holding the timeline together.

What’s included

  • Technology plan aligned to the architectural drawings: drop counts, IDF/MDF location, AP placement, camera and reader locations
  • Internet circuit ordering, timed to construction and move-in
  • Structured cabling (data, AV, security), tested and labeled
  • Network stack: firewall, switching, wireless
  • Conference rooms and shared-space AV
  • Cameras, access control, and intercoms
  • Move-day support and post-move follow-up
