A conference room has one job: the meeting starts when people sit down. We design rooms around the platforms your team already uses — Zoom, Teams, Webex, Google Meet — with the right camera, microphones, and display for the size of the room, and controls simple enough that no one needs to be trained.

Rooms we've built

Different rooms, same standard.

  • Training Room · 136" video wall

    A 136-inch LED wall with a 115-inch side display, for a space that has to work as a classroom, a town hall, and a boardroom. Ceiling mics and speakers cover the whole space; two 4K PTZ cameras follow a presenter or take in the room. A floor connection allows for USB-C or HDMI ingest.

  • Boardroom · dual display (Cisco)

    Content on one screen, faces on the other. Table mics down the length of the table, a touch controller at the head, and a video bar sized for the room.

  • Boardroom · table mics (Cisco)

    A long table with mics spaced so the far end is heard as clearly as the near end, one display at the head, and a whiteboard wall for the meetings that don't need a screen.

  • Boardroom · feature wall (Cisco)

    Display with a video bar, touch panel and mic at the head of the table. No visible cabling anywhere in the room - an Eclipse standard.

  • Boardroom · table mics (Neat)

    A Neat bar under the display, table mics along the table and a scheduling panel at the door so everyone knows when the room is available.

  • Boardroom (Logitech)

    Display with Logitech video bar, touch controller on the table. Ceiling mics, with HDMI and USB‑C at the table for content ingest or BYOM.

  • Huddle Room · Google Meet

    Display with Google Meet hardware, touch controller on the table. The same experience as the boardroom at a quarter of the size.

  • Multipurpose Lounge (Cisco)

    Got a multi-purpose room that changes functions? Let the system change with you. Ceiling mics pick up speakers regardless of room configuration, front and rear PTZ cameras capture a traditional presenter or an overall room view, handheld mics with in room voice lift for local presentations, and a wall-mounted panel to control the whole thing.

  • At the door

    Every room gets a scheduling panel outside it: status at a glance, and bookable from the hallway.

  • The brains behind it

    Large rooms require lots of hardware. No need for extra credenzas in the room to hold it, no noisy fans disrupting your meetings. AV gear can live in a rack in the IT room or another dedicated AV room for easy service when needed.
